Senior officials, Department of AYUSH and National Medicinal Plant Board

Dear Member,
As members are aware, AYUSH sector of pharmaceutical industry is playing key role in the Indian economy. Government of India is keen to promote this sector in the international markets. With a view to update the exporters dealing with Herbals / Ayurveda / nutraceuticals / phytochemicals / herbal extracts / Dietary supplements etc., on various promotional activities of Government of India, Council requested Sri Bala Prasad, Joint Secretary, Department of Ayush, who is visiting Hyderabad to attend Bio-Diversity meeting on 15th October 2012 to spare time for a meeting with our members.
We are glad to inform that Sri Bala Prasad kindly agreed for our Short Notice request. Dr. K P Srivasuki, Commissioner, Department of Ayush, AP, Sri K S Reddy, Chief Executive Officer, AP Medicinal & Aromatic Plant Board, Sri KP Sastry, Director, CIMAP have also agreed to join the interactive meeting Accordingly, an interactive meeting is organized at short notice, as per following schedule:
